Seasons Givings Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the 6th Seasons Givings Blog Hop, this is to give back to YOU, those that check out my blog...when I post because college keeps me pretty busy!
I want to thank Latisha Yoast for organizing this for the past 6 years!
This card is a cute Valentine's Day card perfect for your sweetheart! I had so much fun making this. I wanted to use my new Elegant Stitched Dot Borders die set, which is super fun and versatile, and I love the way it turned out! I also cut 3 Blooming Roses and replaced the black pieces with red and green and left the black border.

I utilized some bracket dies that we sometimes include in orders as our Thank you gift! They're not available for purchase at this time but might be later, so keep an eye out. The full AJVD recipe is below:

I am giving away

a Grandpa's Glass: Cup of Love Die and the coordinating Perk Up Stamp Set.
Prize can only be shipped to USA and Canadian shipping addresses only.
Please enter here:
a Rafflecopter giveaway

Make sure to visit the other blogs on this hop and check out the amazing projects and giveaways available!  Your next stop is Ceal Pritchett ... Enjoy!
Have a Happy and Blessed 2018!

Ooooo.... that rose is lovely! I'll hafta put it on my wishlist!
I actually have the die and am thinking of building it up and filling the background with beads for a neat stained glass effect. If I win you could draw another winner for the die or I'll give it away on my 3rd blogiversary party in March. : ) The Perk Up stamp set is still on my wishlist! : ) Thanks!!

Lisa Norstrom said...

I could make lots of cards with the damp and die, but also could make some cool framed art for my coffee themed corner in my kitchen - thanks for the chance to win it!

Paulette S said...

Hi Jillian! Happy New Year! I think it would be fun to use like a letter press with iink onto water color paper, or die cut and put back together, or Copic color like stained glass, or do water color or use to make a foam stamp of the cup. The cup die would make a nice display piece/collage for the coffee lover in your life. I love to make stamps from my dies for double duty crafting. Thanks, Paulette Still

I enjoy making coffe cards and this would give me another way to make them!

Angela Walters said...

I love coffee and tea related sets! If I were to win, I would cut the die out of black cardstock and I would also emboss it onto vellum. I would color the back of the vellum to look like stained glass. I would put the black cardstock outline over it to make it look like the leading between the panes. I would stamp one of the sentiments from the matching stamp set and either adhere it to the front of the card or just stamp it on the inside so I didn't cover up any of the stained glass card front. It's an awesome set, so someone who wins is it going to be very happy!

Unknown said...

This is such a cute stamp set. It would be good for so many types of cards. I think I would make birthday cards with it. Thanks
