Shine Bright!

Hello, everyone! Today I just have a quick card I made for Christmas using the revised Christmas Lights Die Set! The revised version cuts a solid bulb, not the center out like the previous version.  They are exactly the same size as before!
I used the Elegant Stitched Dot Edge dies to create the light string with the Basic Rectangle showing through the Stitched Dot Rectangle which is what I cut with those edge dies to create that light string effect ~ pretty clever!
The sentiment, Stamped in Rockin' Red Catherine Pooler Ink is from my revised in 2018 Shine Bright Stamp Set

My Children's Book!

Hello, friends! So, I don't actually have a card for today's video; I've been working extremely hard on my first design project of senior year of college! We're doing a children's book and I'm going to share with you today what I'm doing. The book is geared towards 4-5 year olds! We were required to both write AND illustrate the book in a week. This isn't the final completely, but it's pretty close. I figured I would share it with you. My story focuses around a snowman who's not ready for a party with his friends in the forest. However, his little forest animal friends keep coming to give him the parts to create an adorable, happy snowman!

Thank you guys for visiting my blog today! Also, see the card we're making at the Fall Adventures in Stamping Show in Strongsville, Ohio next week below!

It is $4 and you will receive this cute snow man stamp too!

See you there!

Christmas in July

Hello, friends! It's been extremely hot lately, and I figured I would create a Christmas card! Summer is my favorite season, but it's just been so humid here in Ohio (it has cooled down a bit, but still, it's hot). I wanted to bring a little holiday spirit because I kind of wish it was snowing! It will be soon enough. Anyway, this week I used my Bent Branches die set to create a cute wreath. I show you how in the video and explain it, but basically I just cut out multiple branches and placed them around a circular clear block to create the shape. I also used our new and improved Shine Bright stamp set for the sentiment! All AJVD products used are listed below as well as in the video description. Thank you guys so much for checking out the blog today! (Also, sorry there was no video last week. I just found out that I'm anemic and that's why I've been so exhausted 24/7. I've been sleeping a lot (and I have so much to do for my online class!)

Hello, everyone! Jillian here once again. On Saturday, I showed you guys an adorable card using the It's a Tweet World die set, and today I have another! That one was a globe, but this time, I'm using the birdcage.
