County Fair ~ Thank Ewe and Aw, Shucks!

Hi Guys,
The very first A Jillian Vance Design Team Challenge Theme is County Fair, using A Jillian Vance Design Down on the Farm stamp set.  Pretty appropriate since we just finished up with our County Fair and the Ohio State Fair ended yesterday.  I won at the County level with both of my 4-H projects which were Cake Decorating and Accessories for Teens.   I made a purse and did some frayed flowers to go with it on my Mom's embroidery machine.  I then got to take both of those projects to the Ohio State Fair!

So I couldn't decide which one to make so I made TWO cards!

See that layered label on BOTH of my cards . . .  I am totally in love with it as is my Mom!!! At CHA my mom and I took the McGill Flower Class and then when we went to order those punches, we discovered the McGill punch in Vintage Labels which was a perfect fit for the sentiment which was stamped in Jet Black Archival Ink.   SO CUTE!

So, the first card is a Thank Ewe card. I cut it out using Create a Critter at 3 1/2 inches and inked the body. I think it is adorable! All Cuttlebugged and everything!
I put some Glam Pink stickles and the PaperLayerz which is some paper designed for the Cricut. It is pretty cool because all the colors you need are on the sheet ~ we just discovered this at CHA.  I added some ribbon on  it too!
The second card, the corn is cut from Country Lift cut at 3 1/2 inches.   I added stitching around it, and I also put green and yellow divine twine. I inked part of the corn, the green part you see most of. I love this card so much!
Hope you had fun at my blog :)
God Bless,
Jillian
