Ranger Friends

Here is my Designer's Choice project for this week.  I decided to do a page of my Ranger Friends. As you all know we love Ranger Ink here at A Jillian Vance Design and we love their designers too!  So I did my page for my 4-H scrapbook with Tim, Wendy and Mario!  I thouhgt the sprockets looked like their style and was a fun addition to the page, especially the ones with BLING on them!!!

And showing just another way to use the Hello My Name Is. . . Stamp set!

Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger for May 15, 2012

Now on to my card using the Tuesday Trigger colors! ~ they really are in person! Photo kind of distorted it them a bit!

For my project, I did a really fun technique with embossing powder, Tim Holtz Distress Markers, and water and Perfect Pearls Mists. This did take me a very long time, but in the end, it was totally worth it! This fit right in with the Tuesday Trigger theme of from Moxie Fab! and I decided to take the idea and use my quatrefoil stamp set and do the technique, because I thought it was SOOO great!!! I didn't make a layer, I just used the card layer and none of the markers bled through, only a little at the top and that was my mistake. These markers are completely amazing and you guys should check them out. I got the whole set which includes ALL of the colors, including Picket Fence. If you watch the video I linked you guys to, she explains some of the markers. I hope to make some videos about the Picket Fence marker and stain in the future.

My Mother's Day card to my Mom!

Happy Mother's Day!

So I decided to enter my card in the Damask & Brocade Challenge

in the Moxie Fab World 

Hey everyone!!! Today I have a card that I made for my mom for Mother's Day. It just happened to be Damask, so I thought I would enter it in the challenge!!! This was such a simple card to make.
